We also added a new flannel board rhyme this week

Elephants in the Bathtub

One elephant in the bathtub going for a swim
Knock, knock (clap twice)
Splash, splash (slap knees twice)
Come on in! (motion with both hands)

Five elephants in the bathtub going for a swim
Knock, knock (clap twice)
Splash, splash (slap knees twice)
They all fell in!

Our Literacy Tip of the week is:

Tell tales. Build narrative skills by gathering family members at meal times and having them tell the story of their day.

Don’t forget to come to our Curious George Party this Friday at 10:30a.m. (September 30th, 2016)
